What the Adventure looks like...
I work with individuals, families and couples. My specialty is teens/young adults and families. I believe in the whole family system playing a part in this journey. We all have the great capacity for change and growth within ourselves and when we can do this within our family as a family or with our partners it expenentially builds the depth of that change and growth for a positive outcome. Ultimately we journey thru life with others, wheather those we choose (our partners and friends) to those we dont nessessarily choose (our families).
I am a parent, a partner and a full time career professional. I understand that life is sometimes fast paced and one must move thru things with timeliness. My aim is for a brief treatment. I place importance on the mater most pressing while also acknowledeing that sometimes there needs to be great care and time to discover and understand why we are the way we are before moving on.
Ultimately this journey is collaborative. You are the author of your life’s story. I am your guide and advocate. Sometimes the journey is thru dark passages with unpleasent monsters to take heed of. And that is an important part of the journey. Thru this we grow wiser as we write our story. A story that is inspiring, passionate, engaging and even fun. A story where we feel loved, truly heard and understood, in harmony with others and ourselves. A story where we feel a sense of peace and excitment when looking at the road ahead.
